Thanks for information, but I want to update you people that till now no land have been acquired (purchased) as I am from the same place where Nano City is planned. I think Mr. Sabeer Bhatia was under the impression that the investors will run after him after declaration of this project and he will earn handsome amount without investing any thing but its not possible now due to recession. Moreover, Haryana Govt. is going to face election in few days and they are not in position to take any risk by acquiring fertile lands @22 Lakhs per acre. So don't compare Nano city with Chandigarh as its only City in papers.

I think this era of both architects and fashion designers working togather is giving room for a well thoughtful design and also the call for originality can be seen in various designs done or design by any particular person or designer in this era.Just as designs by Zaha Hadid, her design can not be easily copied by any other architect. I am impresss with her works and wish to be like her one day.
ORIGINALITY IS THE SECOND NAME OF THIS ERA.
Thanks

What if Mr. Fisher started out with constructing a tower of this size solely for power production from the wind? Remove the living spaces (reducing cost), add turbines and see how much power can be generated from a structure of this size.

Great Map!

Interesting to note that in 1896 three pyramids were listed as top 50 'tall buildings'.

I find the concept very interesting...the idea of prompting the body to be continually alert and kept alive is like use of dither frequency in keeping spool valve of large electro hydraulic valves in very low amplitude motion to prevent valve stiction phenomenon...it's been used for a long time
